(OAPI), with headquarters in Yaounde Cameroon.

Lawyer, the President of the Republic of Cameroon His Excellency
Paul Biya by Presidential
Decree N° 86/288 of April 07, 1986 authorised Nico
Halle to practice law as Barrister and Solicitor of the
Supreme Court of Cameroon with residence in Douala (Cameroon’s
Economic Capital).
