1. How long have you been in business?
NHLF was founded in 1986 by its Senior Managing Partner, Nico Halle. Since inception, we has made the conscious effort and decision to remain a legal powerhouse.
2. Is the Nico Halle & Co. Law Firm (NHLF) the right law firm for me? / Why should I trust your firm with my case?
When faced with an issue requiring legal advice, one of the most important decisions you have to make is the choice of a Law Firm to represent you / provide legal and advisory services. 4. What are your business hours?
We are open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. However, where there is urgency, please call our hotline or email us after hours. As our clientor potential client, we are committed to returning your calls and emails within 24 hours or less.
5. What are the legal fees?
We have a policy of transparent billing. In that we inform you of foreseeable cost to be incurred, and do not incur additional cost without informing you and taking your instruction. Our fee structure is flexible, and depending on the case at hand, we can arrange hourly or flat fee agreements.
6. How can I become a client of the NHLF?
Please email us on hallelaw@hallelaw.com or visit our contact page for more options on how to reach us. Once you reach us, we will review the matter at hand, and ascertain whether or how our firm can represent you and your case. Please note that you become our client and we your attorneys only after an agreement has been signed – no information on this website constitutes an attorney-client relationship. Please read our disclaimer notice.
7. How will I be kept informed of my case(s)?
Our attorney will send you prompt updates after each hearing, and also regularly inform you on the status of your matter in a manner that ensures you are up-to-date but not overwhelmed.
Do not hesitate to reach out to us (call/email) or the attorney in charge of your matter with any question with regard to your case or on any other matter.
8. Do I need to come into your office and meet you in person to retain you, or to receive legal services?
At the start, we recommend you come into our offices to enable you become acquainted with the attorney who will be in charge of your matter. However, when it is not possible for you to come to our office, we can schedule an online meeting via zoom or skype or any other medium through which you can clearly communicate with your attorney.
9. What can I expect from you as my attorney?
You can expect to have experienced attorneys with the experience at providing creative and long lasting solutions. Our legal and advisory services are exceptional, and e will work cooperatively, diligently, assiduously, and ethically to attain favorable results for our clients.
10. What is expected of me as a client of your firm?
As a client, the first thing we assure you of is the principle of attorney-client privilege. As such, weexpect you to be open and proactive in providing us with information, facts etc. Bear in mind that the information you deem inconsequential may turn the tide for you. To enable us provide you with appropriate services, we will require that you be honest and responsive with us, to enable us choose the right course of action for you.
