Osee acts for and advises local and foreign clients on setting up and doing business in Cameroon. This includes preparing opinions on corporate and commercial matters, advising clients on various aspects of the OHADA Uniform Act, as well as drafting a variety of commercial contracts, including shareholders’ agreements and resolutions, memoranda of incorporation. Osée also has experience in debt recovery through simplified debt recovery procedures and other civil law procedures.
In Banking & Finance, Osee has advises institutional lenders, property developers, and corporates on finance transactions which touch on real estate finance, acquisition finance, and development finance.
