Dr. Tise heads up the firm’s civil law and litigation department, and is a champion for the Firm’s pro bono activities. She is an expert in human rights law and specializes in defending and advocating for individuals and collective civil, political, socioeconomic and cultural rights.

Dr. Tise drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial contracts, and provides compliance, transactional, and regulatory advice to her clients. Her clients comprise of well-established corporations and SMEs – who she provides legal & advisory services in corporate/commercial transactions in Africa, especially member countries of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law (OHADA).
